What an upgrade, that Winntec (Y420250). Twice as big as I thought, four times as heavy (at least) as my old jack, and ten times more solid. Category: should have done this much earlier.
When I first unpacked it, I could see straight away that it was a decent-quality unit. It’s well put together and looks robust. I’m wary of jacks that claim to have a so-called “turbo lift system,” but we haven’t done too badly with this Winntec one. When jacked up, there’s no movement at all, it feels solid. The wheels on this jack also aren’t too noisy, making it much easier to position and get it exactly where you need it. I’d recommend it as a good all-rounder for other workshops.
A very solid and well-functioning jack. You can lower the car again in a very controlled way. The protective sleeve around the rod is included!
